This is the first year of the school gardens at Manzano Mesa Elementary!
Without all of the wonderful parent/relative and teacher support these gardens would not have been able to become a reality.
The Garden Team dug out 17 of these 5x5x1 foot boxes! It took us approximately 60 man hours! We are so grateful to all the parents, grand-parents, and children who came out on 2 different Saturdays in February to help dig the garden boxes out.
Even a 1 year old can help dig :)
